Shin Kurobe offers specialized consulting for human resources, including compensation and benefits through Talent Review business unit.
Mr. Kurobe first worked in Human Resources for the United Nations in New York City. He rose quickly during his career of 17 years. Since returning to Japan in 1996, he has held senior HR positions in Japanese and international companies. When Merrill Lynch acquired Yamaichi Securities, he assisted the integration of the Japanese workforce and the American business model. He has served as the general manager for UMC Japan and Hilton International. For Neilson Company, he directed a difficult corporate restructuring, but delivered it on schedule and within budget. For his meritorious service, he was honored as the APAC’s best HR Executive of 2007.
