Ryan Paugh is an executive search consultant and Vice President in the Life Science Practice. He works with clients across the Life Science industry to identify and attract executive talent both for Japan and the broader Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. He has deep experience in the Medical Device space, and has filled critical roles at the APAC, Country Manager, VP, and Director-levels (cross-functional).
In 2010, Ryan was the company’s “Top Revenue Producer” across the region, earning additional accolades for “Most Placements” and “Biggest Placement” of the year.
Previously, Ryan worked as a Sales Consultant for the Corporate Executive Board in Washington D.C. where he engaged C-level executives in identifying and solving their most pressing issues.
Ryan has an extensive understanding of Asian culture and speaks fluent Japanese. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, where he went to school on an NCAA Division I soccer scholarship.
