Ralph Saunders has been in Japan more than 15 years, having begun his recruiting career in 2005 when he joined The Ingenium Group. Over the years, Ralph has built a solid network of digital marketing and ad sales professionals that is second to none. Ralph has a broad network of clients and candidates in media corporations, ad agencies and advertising networks operating both in Japan and throughout Asia.
Before joining the Ingenium Group, Ralph was a journalist with The Seattle Times, International Herald Tribune, and The Nihon Keizai Shimbun. Ralph studied Japanese at Sophia University and was a three-year participant in the government-sponsored JET Programme.
