Per Knudsen

Per Knudsen serves as Vice President of the Industrial Practice Group, where his mission is to perform executive and senior management recruitment.
Per has worked for three multinational companies: Danish, Swiss, and South African. He most recently set up and ran the Japan sales and distribution company for a South African fruit company. He has served as a consultant for international clients on Japan market strategies and HR issues.
Per is trilingual in English, business Japanese and his native Danish. He was educated in Denmark, Canada and the UK in business administration, marketing and finance, and holds an MBA from Henley Business School. He is certified as an NLP Practitioner and Coach. Born and raised in Denmark, Per’s first overseas posting was to Vancouver, Canada where he lived for five years. He has been a resident of Japan for 25 years.
