Koji Suga

Graduated from Kumamoto National College of Technology, Koji has experienced all aspects of the semiconductor business in the past 25 years, from project planning to production and design in.
Koji started his career in Tokyo Electron Device as a Field Application Engineer and then joined Mitel Semicondutor to launch their Japan office, where he was instrumental in sales and marketing of their communication LSI.
Having foreseen the growth in high speed communication, Koji created a startup with engineers from the North America and developed a state-of-the-art modem LSI. He licensed the intellectual properties to foreign manufacturers and later sold the company to a domestic semiconductor vendor.
At Ingenium, Koji provides his deep knowledge and insights he gained through his career to multinational clients to help them find the right talent for their success in this industry.
