Kelly Li leads the Shanghai office of The Ingenium Group, where she executes searches for multinational corporations in the fields of consumer goods and manufacturing.
Kelly has been in executive search for over ten years, after graduating from Tianjin University of Finance & Economics with a BA in International Trade & English. She started her search career with ChinaCareer, the largest local search firm and then joined Amrop Hever, one of the top ten Global Executive Search Firms, where she specialized in Industrial, Consumer Goods, Life Science and FIN/HR sectors. Kelly has executed more than one hundred search assignments in China and throughout the Asia Pacific region.
