Jan Wagener serves financial services companies and covers their recruitment needs in the areas of Equities, Structured Products and Investment Banking Front Office.
He started out his recruiting career in Japan in 2006 at a boutique search firm which specializes in recruiting for roles in Cash Equity and Structured Products.
Jan arrived in Tokyo April 2000 to work for a German Investment Bank as an automotive analyst and to include Japan based OEM’s in a global automotive research framework. He quickly received recognition from clients and joined the M&A team as an Associate in 2003 to work on automotive-related domestic and cross-border deals.
