Acquisition Strengthens Company’s Client Delivery Capabilities throughout the Asia Pacific Region

Tokyo, Japan – February 9, 2009 – Fusion Systems Co., Ltd. a leading IT solutions provider and developer of technology-based business systems today announced that it has acquired The Ingenium Group, one of Asia Pacific’s leading providers of executive search services. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Ingenium, founded in 2000, has a world-class team of executive search professionals and an expansive portfolio of Clients across Asia and is noted for its adherence to the highest standards of ethics and for delivering uncompromising service and results.
