Associate Opportunity
Overview
Ingenium Associates work closely with Ingenium Consultants within one or more of our 6 practice groups:
- Technology
- Professional Services
- Consumer
- Life Sciences
- Industrial
- Semiconductors
Responsibilities
- Work within a practice group to gain industry knowledge and leverage training and teamwork.
- Source and meet candidates for consultants’ assignments.
- Priority given to retained searches and more senior consultants.
- Conduct research, generate leads and analyze industries and organizations as requested by consultants.
- Lead generation and cold calling for prospective candidates. This is a significant part of the Researcher's job and requires extensive time on the phone. Average call generation: 60 calls per day
- Editing resumes of candidates.
- Record keeping and data-entry.
- Maintaining and updating records in Ingenium's database.
- Doing various research projects for consultants and partners.
Qualifications
- Successful candidates are articulate, confident, outgoing, persistent, highly motivated, goal-oriented, focused and self-directed.
- The ideal candidate will have a professional appearance, with a competitive attitude and persistence
- Ability to use MS Office applications combined with excellent communication and writing skills is a must.
- Successful candidates will have strong client service skills with ability to anticipate and resolve problems on their own initiative.

Ingenium will only consider candidates who presently live and work in Japan or who have previously lived and worked in Japan. Candidates should not apply unless they have current or previous Japan experience.
