Blog » Nathan Brock places Japan Country Manager for a Software Vendor

Posted on | December 9, 2011

Nathan Brock recently filled a critically important and time sensitive search for his Enterprise Content Management client, identifying their Japan Country Manager. The Chairman of this company tasked Nathan with identifying top-tier talent to help them expand their business in the Japan market.

Having a small operation in Japan, the candidate needed to be a hands-on sales professional, but also possess the necessary management and P/L skills to drive the existing business. Through a combination of Nathan’s deep network and headhunting of professionals specifically targeted for this role, several high quality candidates were identified in less than two months’ time. The company was very satisfied with the level of talent introduced and ultimately selected a proven performer who would bring the most value to the organization.

This was the second Country Manager search that Nathan has filled in the last 3 months and third this year.
