Nathan Brock successfully completed a Retained Japan Country Manager search for a leading Mobile Software company. The Chief Executive Officer tasked Nathan with identifying top talent in Japan to continue their impressive growth and drive the business into new markets.
Over the course of two months, Nathan generated a long list of potential qualified candidates, totaling nearly one-hundred individuals. The short list came down to less than ten capable professionals. Nathan approached them and assessed their backgrounds and long-term career motivations. By gaining a deep understanding of those, Nathan was able to compare and offer the client professional advice on how the candidates fit the requirements and how they compare to each other. It came down to three finalists, all of whom were interviewed by the corporate executives and an individual with solid commercial experience and leadership was selected.
