LinkedIn has become an indispensable tool in recruiting recently. And this week they revealed a new tool called “Apply with LinkedIn”, which enables an easy job application via LinkedIn. Companies can integrate the “button” on their website and candidate can just click it to submit their LinkedIn resume to the company for consideration.

Ingenium, keen on utilizing a new technology, took a quick move and implemented it into this website already (here is an example). We believe that we are the first company in Japan who has integrated this brand-new feature (LinkedIn told us that they have not even conducted any test outside the U.S. so far).

This function still has some bugs and does not work as intended in Internet Explorer, for which we filed a bug report and they promised to investigate. We will, however, update our system immediately once LinkedIn sort them out.
