This position will be in charge of client’s product design-ins/design-wins and application technical support while project troubleshooting. Excellent understanding of 8-bit/16-bit/32-bit microcontroller is required. This position will support the discovery of new opportunities by presenting seminars and workshops to customers, distributors and sales teams, and share expertise globally by assisting in training generalist FAEs and supporting them in opportunities where any specialist knowledge will help win the design. Initial failure analysis is needed to work with quality engineer to close the issue.

- Factory or field applications experience and/or overall professional knowledge in 8-bit/16-bit/32-bit microcontroller, plus analog semiconductors e.g. analog products and applications: op amp, DC-DC converter, battery management, liner regulator, switching regulator, etc.
- Embedded C language and/or assembly language programming experience.
- Firmware and hardware development debug experience.
- Communication skills are must - working with customers to understand the customer requirements, pitch the right products, work with the issues they are facing, and be involved in solutions for those issues. Also required to active listen to customer’s requirement.
- Ability to learn new complex products and applications as is required according to market dynamics.
- English language skills

- Some business travel required, both inside and outside Japan.
